Draft. Legal operator, governing contract, service commitments, fees, cancellation, liability and dispute provisions require approval before launch.

Authorized use

Team access requires an individually verified identity, an approved company membership and an active service entitlement. Google sign-in does not purchase services or enroll a company. Initial activation is manual following an independently approved client agreement. There is no online payment processing.

Your company information

Company administrators control invitations and permitted access and must provide accurate information and use only data they are authorized to manage. Do not upload unlawful materials, credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Scheduling and HR tools assist the business; they do not make employment decisions or provide legal advice.

Integrations and availability

Google and other providers have their own terms and organizational restrictions. Calendar is a one-way operational copy, not the authoritative schedule. The release candidate has no approved uptime guarantee or recovery service commitment. Backup objectives remain subject to deployment and restoration verification.
