What each site does

The public site receives names, business contact information, service interests and inquiry messages. Team Logistics stores approved accounts, roles, employment profiles, schedules, availability, leave requests, restricted HR records and supporting documents. WA administration manages company service status, access authorizations, inquiries and private client reports. Internal HR and report notes are not released to employees or clients automatically.

Purpose and access

Information supports requested services, account security, scheduling, company administration and documented support. Each company controls its workforce data. WA platform access alone does not authorize access to another company’s HR records. Explicit, limited support grants are recorded.

Integrations and storage

Optional Google sign-in verifies identity. Separate Calendar consent permits one-way publication of operational shifts to a dedicated company calendar. HR record contents are not sent to Calendar. Email sign-in requires a configured delivery provider; it receives the destination address and a short-lived sign-in link. Hosting, private storage, backup and mail providers must be finalized before launch. Local testing uses fictional data and does not demonstrate external provider compliance.

Retention and requests

Records currently persist until an authorized operational procedure changes them. HR retention review dates are reminders, not automatic deletion. Legal holds prevent routine disposal. A documented category-specific retention schedule, deletion process and backup expiration plan must be approved before collecting production information. Rights and limits

Applicable consumer rights depend on jurisdiction and statutory coverage. New Jersey consumer privacy coverage distinguishes individual/household data from employment and commercial contexts. Employment exclusions from that statute do not remove contractual, security or other employment-law obligations. No sale, targeted advertising or optional analytics is implemented in these three sites. We do not claim legal certification.
